Throughout the school year, the Residence is reserved for students of the 3 ParisTech Schools (Mines, Ponts and ENSTA). Many facilities are at their disposal:
- An Internet network, installed and managed by the Students, provides each room with Internet access.
- A maintenance technician takes charge of the necessary repairs and minor work, at the request of the Management, and reporting to Reception.
- Bedding included (no towel furnished).
- A laundromat is available to Students (washing machines, tumble dryers), in the basement.
A Resident Club area, with a bar and party room, is reserved for the Students, where they gather for their traditional or occasional activities.
At the disposal of the Students, there are also rooms equipped for extracurricular activities:
- a soundproof room,
- a piano room,
- a TV room,
- a gym in the basemet
The meeting rooms can be used by the students, as study or private classroom facilities, as long as they are not rented to third parties.
The wifi by Rézal
The internet network and WiFi access of the residence are managed by the association Rézal which is a 1901 law association usually administered by students from Mines ParisTech PSL. The association allows its members to access the network.
The subscription is 5€ per trimester, so for one year at the residence, it represents 15€ and 5€ for summer only.
When using the network, the users accept the usage charter which content is decided during the general assembly of the association. It is available here :
During summer, it is possible to subscribe at the residence’s reception, and during the school year, you should contact the association at the following address: admin@rezal-mdm.com. This address is also the address to reach out to the administrators should you encounter any problem connecting to the network, or while using it. They are usually very reactive.
